Chalet 31

Chalet 31 is a relaxing beachfront retreat, refreshed for the 2025 season, with clear, uninterrupted sea views across to Wales. The sandy beach is just a few steps from the rear patio doors, while the peaceful Hawn Lake and beautifully maintained nature reserve are only a short walk from the front of the chalet.

Inside the Chalet

The chalet includes a double bedroom with en-suite toilet and washbasin, alongside a comfortable living space with a double sofa bed, wardrobe with hangers, and an additional armchair. A drop-leaf dining table with four chairs provides flexible dining space.

Facilities include an electric convector heater, TV/radio, vacuum cleaner, airer, and hairdryer.

The fully equipped kitchen features a cooker with four-ring ceramic hob, grill, and fan oven, plus a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and electric water heater.

A clean, well-maintained shower block is located a short walk across the green.

Please note: Guests will need to bring their own bedding (sheets, duvets, pillows), towels, and tea towels.

Outside Space

The chalet benefits from well-lit, fenced patio areas to both the front and rear, with outdoor table and chairs provided. Parking is available on the grass area at the front of the chalet.

On-site facilities include a shop and café, tennis court, putting green, communal BBQ area, and laundry room.

• Small, well-behaved dogs welcome

• Guests are asked to leave the chalet clean and tidy, in similar condition to arrival
