Chalet 225

Chalet 225 is a much-loved, family-owned chalet, updated in 2021, with over 50 years of family holidays at Dunster Beach shared across three generations. From the moment you arrive at the beachfront and take in the breathtaking views of the West Somerset coastline, Dunster offers a truly magical setting for a seaside break.

The chalet is lakeside, situated just behind the shop and office, within one minute of the beach and close to the tennis court. It enjoys sun on the patio throughout the day and benefits from parking directly to the front. The chalet is fully enclosed with a picket fence and is dog friendly.

Sleeping up to five guests, the chalet is best suited to two adults, or two adults with one or two children. The separate bedroom includes a double bed, hanging space, bedside storage, under-bed storage, a hairdryer, and an iron.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Tea towels and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are provided.

The lounge and dining area includes a small single bed, a king-size sofa bed, folding dining table and chairs, a wall-mounted TV, and radio. Heating is provided by a wall-mounted electric heater in the kitchen, along with an oil radiator and log-effect electric fire in the living area.

There is a separate enclosed toilet and washbasin within the chalet. Warm, clean communal showers are located in the nearby shower block directly behind the chalet and are available exclusively for chalet guests.

Outside, the south-facing rear patio is a real highlight, featuring a large rattan table and chairs, parasol, soft cushions, and footstools for relaxing in the sunshine. To the front, a bench with cushion overlooks a large communal grassed area.

Guests are asked to bring all bed linen, including pillows, duvets, towels, as well as their own food.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the chalet.
