Sandpiper Chalet (Chalet 136) enjoys a superb beachside position, sitting on top of the sandy berm which is covered in wildflowers in early summer. The chalet offers stunning, uninterrupted views across the sea to Wales and along the West Somerset coastline, with views inland towards Grabbist Hill and Exmoor from the opposite side.

Located on the north Somerset coast within an important nature reserve, Dunster Beach Holiday Chalets offer a peaceful base for exploring the area. The historic village of Dunster is just 2 miles away, with its castle, pubs, shops, and cafés, while the West Somerset Railway runs nearby between Bishops Lydeard and Minehead. The site is perfectly placed for exploring Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills by car, foot, or bicycle.

On-site facilities include a shop, café, tennis court, putting green, and laundry room. The site also features a long sandy beach, a lake, woodland areas, and a nature trail, making it a safe and relaxing environment for families and those seeking a peaceful break.

Inside, the chalet has been modernised with a traditional finish. The well-equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge, full-size oven and hob, microwave, toaster, under-cupboard lighting, and a USB socket. The open-plan living area features wooden flooring and white folding shutters, a double sofa bed and single chair bed (both with mattress toppers), chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe with hanging space, folding dining table with four chairs, wall-mounted panel heater, TV, and digital radio with Bluetooth.

The chalet benefits from independent Wi-Fi. The shower room includes an electric shower, vanity unit, WC, and heated towel rail. Electricity is supplied via a coin-operated meter using £2 coins.
