This new workshop will link Alexander Technique principles and Chakra Energy work to offer practical guidance and encouragement to find freedom and enjoyment in singing,
at whatever level of experience.
We will be working with the natural resonance, balance and energy flow in the body to relax tension and postural effort and improve tuning, tone and breathing.
There will be instruction, demonstration, practical experience, (optional) gentle hands-on work and plenty of opportunity to ask questions and explore how you can use the natural resonances of the body and relax tension and postural effort.
The focus of this workshop is less on “how to sing better” and much more on “how YOU can sing better (and enjoy it!)”
